What's So Different About This Training Than What The Other Guys Do? |
I started weight and fitness training at 8 years old. My weight training lasted 5 to 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is NOT the correct way to properly train, but it did provide me with THOUSANDS of hours of trial and error experience with a variety of techniques to build muscle, reduce body fat, and increase endurance. Needless to say, I had learned much more than the average researcher could ever learn. Also, I never used steroids or growth hormone, so my results were 100% NATURAL, just like 99.9% of our clients. At age 15 in the 1970, I discovered a technique to build muscle and take off body fat that worked faster than anything taught in textbooks. I called it, EXPLOSIVE POWER TRAINING". These techniques involve activating the very fast twitch muscle fibers known as the TYPE 2B FIBERS, while combining full range motion repetitions to increase flexibility, and partial contraction reps to pre-fatigue the muscles, all prior to fast twitch fiber motor recruitment. When done properly , the results of this training are simply stunning. FAT LOSS, STRENGTH, and ENDURANCE go through the roof!
